The plumber who came to repair a toilet that was not working was very knowledgeable. He understood the problem and what needed to be done very quickly. He was very clear about explaining the process, what was involved and how much the charges would be. He made sure that we understood that the work came with a warranty and how we could get help if the problem continued. Glen was very courteous and patient. He was careful and cleaned everything up when he was finished. We will definitely call you again.
I have used Midway Plumbing on many occasions over 5 years. I'll use this company from now on if I can. Their knowledge, work, and integrity appear to be top notch. Midway Plumbing has performed major repairs such water heaters and leaks to small faucet repair. All work guaranteed. I had Gary out last year to fix a hose bib. He fixed it and also replace one another Midway tech had replaced 1 year earlier because it had a small drip. I didn't even know it was dripping. And at no charge for the warranty fix
