I was super impressed from the moment the office answered the phone until now. The communication exceeded expectations and Mark was great in explaining the process and being very careful to keep things clean in our home. I particularly liked the text saying he was on his way that also showed his picture and had a little bio; it was a nice personal touch.
I called because my water heater stopped after being repaired less than a week ago. I told the receptionist that I couldn't be home due to going out of town to see my two sons march in their band for our football game. She asked if I would be comfortable letting the technician who serviced the water heater last time come into our house without us being home.
