Vance was very kind and respectful, extremely helpful. I appreciate all his time and hard work! I appreciate that they came with a flat rate and did not charge by the hour, so we knew what we were paying before he began the work. No suprises! WILL use this company again!!
The job ended up being much more work than expected, but Vance stuck with it, got our problem solve, and wouldn’t let me pay him more than our agreed upon price at the outset.
