Our house is only 11 years old & is an odd design! We have a water system & a sidewalk was poured over the house shut off valve!! With all our hurdles Midway was able to reline the copper pipes in our slab foundation & stop water leaks!! Very professional & they worked way past 5:00 daily & then made an hour drive back to Abilene! Job was completed in 5 days & the utmost care was taken to protect my floors! We highly recommend Midway Plumbing!! Thank you David Ratliff & crew!!
Caleb was very polite and efficient. Arrived on time, did an inspection of the work to be done and gave me an estimate and time the work could be done. I received a call this morning, telling me he was on the way and he arrived at the time he quoted me yesterday. He is now working on my plumbing problem.
Mark was very helpful and confirmed my suspicions. When he got the ok to do the job, he was on it, and did not stop until he had everything completed.
Thank you for a job well done!!! I will definitely call MIDWAY (Vance) for any future plumbing needs. Saved me a lot of grief.....last company (MR Rooter) would not service the call until I cut out a 4' x 4' area out of the bathroom floor. Vance of MIDWAY diagnosed with a camera and didn't need the hole.....what a disgrace Mr Rooter (I will think of you every time I look at the hole in the bathroom floor), I'm thankful we called in an experienced plumber...thanks again MIDWAY (Vance).
