I was sold a car from this dealership, after about a whole month of trying to get it financed I finally did, so now not even 2 months after having the car I need an alignment and some other stuff I need to get it done, now they saying I can't get it done because of the miles that was put on this car, I feel like they playing me

This place is a scam. We bring out car in for service and left with a cracked windshield. The dealership swears up and down they did not do it. Then insisted that they were not going to pay for it and that it was not there problem that our wind shield cracked under their care. This place needs new management or at least someone who isn't going to damage vehicles and then lie about it. Very unprofessional place of business.

What an awful company. I purchased a car in Nov and it was agreed upon that my front bumper would be repaired...They issued me a WeOweYou to close the deal and its now April and my bumper has not been fixed. Ever time I call down they say I need to talk to someone else and call back. Today, I spoke with a ****** who might be the worst manager I had ever spoken to in my life. I came in to start a deal on a truck that was not even for sale. $7,500 down and 4 days lost from work only to be told I cannot get my money back because their accountant is not in office, yet there seemed no problem with pressuring me to get the funds to them on less than a day. This was the most aggravating experience and would warn potetial buyers to avoid speaking with ************************* or *********************** they were extreamly unprofessional and raised their voice multiple times. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I traded in my car to them on 09/01/21 and purchased my truck here. The sales rep ** told me not to worry about my car payment at the end of the month because everything should be cleared and the sale final within 10 days. My contract got my sale included new tires and new paint for the rear passenger door of the truck where paint was peeling. They called and scheduled an appointment for me to drop off on 9/16. Im not sure where to start. If I could give this dealership negative stars, I would do so. Absolutely do not waste your time trying to sell or trade your used car to these people.We were solicited non stop to sell them our 2019 Nissan Sentra. We spent over two weeks, over 100 miles extra on the odometer and over $60 in gas (not to mention our time) negotiating with both this dealership and our bank. Wish I could give a negative star. They sold us a vehicle. Told us a few days later they should have never sold us the vehicle. Had us bring it back and held our trade in and down pymt and gave us a loaner vehicle while looking for a different vehicle. They were supposed to hold our old vehicle incase they couldn't find something comparable. Sold our old vehicle. Took loaner vehicle back and tried to sell us different car for more money. Ended up having to give us trade in value for our vehicle (so we lost money). Awful. On ... read more

I was never told that I had a warranty on my brand new car as a matter of fact was told that I needed a warranty to protect myself. So I bought it only to find out I had a 3 year warranty on the car when a rep from **** told me as he wanted me to extend the now expired warranty. They charged me thousands for what I already had. I tried to call Nissan Company and they said they made a complaint but no call at all from Midway Nissan. The warranty insurance should have started after my free warranty ended. We are very disappointed again with the overall outcomes and commitments from Midway Nissan. Through the recent processes we understood again financing was secured at an agreed to rate. We were called 4 days later to be advised of a significant change to interest rates, down payment and monthly payments. We called numerous times and were not called back. We spent alot of time again and were told "it takes time and we have to tell a few stories to get deals done". We conduct business with honesty and integrity. This again was... read more
