Neil found the vehicle I was looking for and let me know right away. He even brought it to my house because I was so busy with work that I couldn't make it by the dealership for a while. Then he worked to get me the price I wanted on the Van. Overall I was very happy with my experience at Midway Motors.
I was very happy with my overall expierince at Midway moters the staff was friendly and knew their product line. It wasn't high pressure and even though they were busy they still found the time to awnser all my questions. I would recomend them to anyone
Salesman did not know correct info about options on vehicle or new car sales manager as we told the salesman we wanted compass and outside temperature and we were told they located one in which they dealer traded an Edge that didnot have all the options that we requested. Was told we had to buy the Edge if they dealer traded it so we thought it had everything we wanted.They tried to get a mirror with temperature and had an after market one put on and it deleted the microphone for my Sync,we had to take the Edge to Wichita to... read more
We were able to test drive a used car in what we were looking for & then told our salesperson what we wanted & they were able to find the car & get it on the lot the next morning. We were overall VERY pleased with our purchase of our 1st car as a newly married couple!!
I was in the market for a new car and after looking at many different places, I keep going back to Midway and dealing with Neil and Ed. When I decided I wanted to trade for an SUV, I contacted Dee, the one person I'd met who I thought would not pressure me and would honestly work with me. I was more than pleased with that experience!! Dee immediately found several SUVs she thought I might like. She knew my possible price range, and, because I'm retired and on a fixed income, that the monthly payment was going to be a hugh factor. Nice easy transaction, great service and with fair pricing. I had the option to see new makes and models from ford, chevy/gmc or dodge. It was nice to have all the options in one town with one dealer. From start to finish the transaction went as well as one could hope.
I had leased a Ford Fusion and with my lease about a week away from being up, we were looking for a SUV. My Husband has bought 2 or 3 cars in the past from Midway Motors. I would recommend to anyone that is thinking about purchasing a vehicle to go see Mike Gumm at Midway Motors. He is definitely “one of a kind” when it comes to car salesmen. Mike is honest, friendly, with no high pressure tactics, and he was willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had a pleasant experience.
