We live in Emporia, Kansas and our family has purchased approximately 7 vehicles from the dealership in McPherson. Neil was friendly and made sure I knew he was going to help me go away with a car that I liked. I had only asked for a few things in the care and Neil made sure the care had these things. They also worked out a price that was in my price range. I felt like they made sure this was a car I wanted and not something they pushed onto to me. When I need another Car Neil will be the one I call.
Never being in a hurry, I have learned to take my time over the years in choosing and inspecting a prospective buy. This time was no different and soon received a call from Mike stating he had 'the car' for me. I have been impressed with dealership since purchasing a new Buick in 1992. We received good information then and now. I did not base ratings on this latest transaction alone, but upon treatment and service for a number of years. We were very pleased when Midway opened a dealership in Hutchinson.
While purchasing my vehicle from Midway Motors, Neil was nothing but helpful the entire time. He made sure that everything was to my preference. He also made sure that I got the car as quickly as possible even though this was no easy feat considering I live in Manhattan Kansas, approximately 2 hours away. I am nothing but absolutely satisfied with the way he treated me while selling me the vehicle.
We are from North Carolina, we drove my son's new 2010 jeep Wrangler to McPherson, Kansas for his freshman year at McPherson College, my son is a stickler for care, we had oil changed.
