I loved this place.It was clean and everybody was friendly. Also Neil made it so easy to find a car, he listened to everything i wanted and even stayed in my price range. I needed it serviced also and he set up the times and dates for me. I love my car! Thanks Neil at midway motors.
After shopping for months for a new car for me we found online our new car. The people at Midway in McPherson were great and the finance guy was easy to talk to and gave us a great rate on our loan and was very fun to talk to. Over all it was a fabulas experience. John was very helpful and not a pushy salesman and a very down to earth kinda guy. A+ rating in my book! Plus John has very pretty eyes and was helpful even after the sale!
On our first visit the truck would not start (battery). The next day Jeff drove the vehicle down to meet us half-way, so we could take a test drive. Additionally, there was a component that does not latch in the cab that (we overlooked) Jeff noticed, ordered, and had sent directly to our home. Great customer service!
From the time we walked in, to the time we left with our new vehicle, Mike and all the others treated us very well.They went out of their way to make the unwanted job of buying a vehicle very easy. I would recommend them to any one looking for a new or used vehicle.
No swarms of sales reps. No delays. No pressure to purchase extended warranties. No pressure to use their financing. No haggling. No running back & forth to the sales manager. Got an acceptable offer for my trade, first time. No detailed list of everything wrong with my trade. Having purchased dozens of vehicles from dealers through the years, this has been the first time I actually enjoyed going to a dealership. Van I purchased was super clean. Sales rep, Jeff, was unbelievably un-salesman-like. Outstanding.
I was a first time buyer on a car really didn't know what to do at first but Neil got me going. Neil pretty much shot me straight and didn't even beat around the bush about cars, he wanted to get me a good car that would be good for me and good mileage and that what he did. He didn't push me to buy a certain car at all, Neil told me what i was wanting and went from there and gave me good options. He is a great salesmen and i would recommend any body to go see him to get a car.
I had a great experience in buying my new car. Kelly Nightingale was upfront and honest in all his dealings with me. There was absolutely no game playing. He was very knowledgeable of all the features of my Transit Connect and explained them to me in detail. He showed me around the dealership and introduced me to the folks in the service department. My wife and I purchased a 2003 Chrysler Town & Country LX Minivan. Chad is a great and caring salesman! He took great care of us and our kids, and showed TRUE compassion for our situation. Chad even took me on a tour of the dealership and made sure that we were taken care of in a professional and caring way. Ed was super as well. The entire staff at Midway Motors was very friendly, they treat you like an individual and not just a sales number. If you want to buy a car from honest sales people, then Midway is the place to buy. After buying the vehicle, they continue to make contact with me to ensure that I am happy.
