We were looking for a new Explorer with FWD, silver color,XLT,. I left an email message and was called the next am to answer questions pertaining to the vehicle available. Kevin Post was very nice and asked when we could visit. He would not be available that day and set us up with Kris Hanschu. Kris is great! Really enjoyed working with him, came right around to our pricing. We were driving home in a few hours. Kris even contacted other family of ours and went out of his way to get a vehicle for them. Good experience.
This is my third car I bought from Midway and two from Lance the sales person. Great working with this kind of dealer. I will look at them for my next car.
I would highly recommend Brent Pelzel and his Management Team at Midway Motors. With high levels of expertise in completing the sales paperwork and knowledge of the Ford Flex, he made the delivery of the vehicle a great experience. Overall we recommend this dealership. This is our third vehicle we've purchased from them. In our most recent experience, the salesperson, though very friendly, didn't follow through with all her promises. Our experience with the sales department almost ruined the deal, but we got a good enough price on the vehicle, rate on the loan, and warranty coverage that we bought it anyway. Contacted the dealership about locating the vehicle I wished to purchase, a used Lincoln MKT. They found the vehicle with exactly the features that I desired. When I took delivery of the vehicle it was nicer and cleaner then I expected. The buying process was fast and hassle free. The price was good too. I would recommend this dealership to anybody.
Brad did a great job with sales. The price was great and i received a good price for my trade-in. I am from Mississippi and had truck trouble in McPherson. They did a great job with the transition of trading, explanation of products on the new truck, and overall customer service.
We went to Midway to look at leasing a new vehicle because our old vehicle had high mileage. We had contacted them and set everything up for a Friday afternoon visit. Initially we looked at one model and took a test drive with Mandi. We fell in love with the Chrysler 200 but when the finance sheet came back it was a little more than what we wanted to pay.
