Went to Midway Motors in McPherson with my dad to find a new vehicle. The car I was driving was becoming too unreliable and it was time for an upgrade. My dad and Jeff were old buddies from back in the day, so we trusted that he would help us out. Which he absolutely did. I test drove the 2013 Chevy captiva and LOVED it. The sales person demonstrated great customer service by letting my "test drive" the vehicle I was considering for an out-of-town appointment and made the required paperwork to purchase the vehicle as quick and user-friendly as possible.

I had a very positive experience with the gentlemen I worked with. My car that I had been driving just finally gave out. I limped it into the dealership lot on a Saturday morning and everyone was very helpful. The gave me a fair price on my piece of junk as a trade in, knocked some off the price of the vehicle I purchased and worked with me to make reasonable payments. I had a great experience with Midway. My salesman Jeff was amazing. He went out of his way to help me find a truck and I have recommended him and Midway to several friends. Derrick in the finance dept was so nice and friendly. When I am ready for another vehicle I will be heading back to Midway.

My experience with Midway Motors was very positive. I dealt with Mike Gumm last June, and wasn't able to find a car at that time, but he kept me in mind, and sent me emails with cars he thought i might like. I actually found a car at the midway in Hutchinson, told Mike, he arranged for the car to be brought here, and we went from there. MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN TERRIBLE! FIRST OF ALL, I TRADED MY 2001 MERCURY IN BECAUSE IT WAS COSTING ME MONEY ALL THE TIME!! I BOUGHT A USED BUICK IN AUGUST, BY SEPTEMBER IT NEEDED AND OIL CHANGE AND AN AIR FILTER WHICH THEY CHARGED ME ($50.00). Kris Hanschu is an amazing sales man I would not go to anyone else. I come in with what I have set in mind and he is on top of it!!
