Midway Motors provided an excellent customer experience. They had a great selection of the type of vehicle I was purchasing. Dutch was very friendly and helpful and treated me like family. He went out of his way to find me the right vehicle and made me a good deal on it, but I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. The personal service I received was great and I will definitely go back to Midway for my next vehicle. I would recommend Midway to anyone.

Friendly staff. Honest sales pitch. Jeff was kind and kept it easy and hassle free to make a purchase. We were given the family friendly service that this company claims to offer.

They were very cordial, helpful therefore making the purchase of our new Buick Enclave stress free and pleasant. They worked with us to come up with a payment that we were comfortable with, and there wasn't any pressure applied to get the sale completed. We would be more than happy to go back again. We have purchased multiple vehicles from the dealership. Great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable sales and service personnel. The vehicle inventory is large enough to find what you are looking for.

Dealership is low pressure with a friendly atmosphere. Made appointment online, received great communication and service. Kevin was great to work with and follows up with all requests.

I contacted Tres via email interested in a new GMC Terrain. He was very prompt in responding to my email and helped me with color considerations, etc. When we determined we liked a vehicle on their lot, we arranged to go in for a test drive after work. Tres was knowledgable and if he did not know the answer to one of my questions he immediately found someone who did. We had two vehicles to trade in. From the time we walked in the door to the moment we left to drive away in our 2013 Fusion we were impressed by the professionalism, efficiency and honesty of the entire staff. Mandi was fantastic, Tim more then fair and Steve straightforward. My wife and I were impressed by the care and kindness we received. I'd recommend them to any prospective Ford customer.

Brian has been so helpful throughout the process. I have decided that from now on I will only work with Brian as he treats me like part of his family, almost like an older brother. The odd thing is that he actually kind of looks like me, so sometimes I feel as if I was buying a car from "me". If I was 'bi' I think that I could actually date him. I can't believe I am saying it but I think I could.
