We bought our car and have done all our service here. We had major issues with our car since driving off the lot. Midway worked to fix the problems and in the end they got the manufacturer to pay for the fixes. We got great tires for the best price in town and the staff is always friendly. They have always been honest with us. Today we got our car detailed and WOW!!! I have small children who are messy and my car looks like new.
We have gotten our third vehicle from here and always have been treated with respect. They went above and beyond to get us in a car we love. And they treat you like family. Thank you again for being patient and working with us. I am totally happy we decided on the 2018 Chevy Cruz. Our salesman Chico was awesome and was patient with us on our decision making.
Bought a car from midway in Hutch and have done nothing but dump money into it! Two months after the purchase i had to take it back in to have gear shifter replaced. Two months after that it had misfire that needed one of the coils to be replaced. A month later i find out all the coils need to be replaced and still not guaranteed that will fix it either. Ive had the car for 6 months and its been in the shop 5 times. Ive spent more money fixing this car than what I have paid off on it!
Will be going to Mcpherson from here on out to service my vehicle.
I have NEVER bought a car "long-distance" before, but I drove from Okla City to Hutchinson to buy a hard-to-find, pre-owned truck that I had been searching for. Salesman, Chris Smith, was SO GREAT to work with - many phone, email, and text contacts over 8 weeks - and finally meeting me at the bus stop to drive me to the dealership. The service department went above and beyond this week. Matt got us taken care of when our vehicle got towed in and the mechanic got it fixed in a day even though they were super busy. Jessica always takes care of us when we come in for service as well. The sales staff is amazing too even though we haven't bought a vehicle yet. Jacob is our sales guy and always keeps in contact. I see why my husband has been doing business here for so long!
