Ricardo I was understanding what I was looking for everything went really smooth. He showed us a couple different options to go on vehicles to be found one that worked for our family.
I’ve been a regular customer at Gunn and have usually had good experiences, but this recent visit left me really disappointed. I came in for a basic oil change and was told it would take 1.5 hours. When I repeated that back, the employee corrected me and said 2 hours instead. As the 2-hour mark approached and I hadn’t received any updates, I asked the person who initially took my car for a status. He didn’t apologize or seem concerned just said he would go check. The service of advice was great very attentive and prompt. service did take a little longer to get the oil change. But it was just a drive up.

Had to send my newly bought vehicle back to their service department three separate times because they could not do the small job correct the first two times. The service department is garbage. Not my words, those words came directly from their own people. However, I do agree with that statement. I spoke with several people to fix the issue and their way of solving it was for me to just keep bringing it back.
