Karen is Service was great, she got our truck serviced and helped get our app to work properly.
First off sorry for the late review! The truck is awesome. Brody set everything up in regards to my trade in upon arriving to the dealership(I was about 2 1/2hrs away). He knew about trucks and answered all my questions about them. I had already dealt with another dealership who discouraged me, but that one was in VA and they called me the next day to come back because they could get close my numbers. We went in with our usual expectations of spending the entire day involved in the car buying process. Instead, we were in and out within a couple of hours. The salesperson, Fatima, listened to our concerns and didn't try to influence us in any direction. The finance person, Curtis, was just as accommodating. This was the best car buying experience we have had in 30 years!
Cody Honeycutt is an outstanding salesman. His Knowledge, professionalism, and attitude definitely made a difference in my decision of purchasing from this dealership. I was treated fairly and without pressure or extended wait times as with dealers I have dealt with in the past. I drove past many dealerships to come to this specific location and was glad to have made the decision to do business with the Randy Marion team.
Walked in for an oil change, tire rotation and new wipers. Everything was completed within an hour and they had refreshments available and staff was pleasant and welcoming
Normally, very good, but my last service for a vehicle inspection, my tire pressures were not checked and the hood was not latched completely.
