They didn't send me the 15 page paperwork required for the appointment, my drs apt was at 10:25 and I got there at 10:10 and so they asked me to reschedule do to needing to do the paperwork. Mind you im 35 it doesnt take me an hour to write my name, but I do have multiple leve DDD with multiple autoimmune disorders and getting up and come in was extremely hard today! I will not come back. That is unheard of and ridiculous.
