Dear David F*******, I'm writing to you today to inform you of my experience at Midway Chevrolet Maintenance Department on Saturday, May 15th. I purchased a 2020 *** ****** from your Midway location in August 2020. This was a gift to my mother of 75 years young. This is the first brand new vehicle she has ever had in her life. so as you might expect, it was very exciting! I brought her truck in on Saturday morning to have its first maintenance done. I scheduled Tek-coating, wheel rotation, and an oil change. The appt was uneventful and transpired as expected. That afternoon I took mom's truck back to the house and she said she needed to go to the grocery store and wanted to have lunch. As we entered onto the 51 freeway the engine light came on and said "ADD OIL". I immediately called Brad H******, the service guy who took the truck in for service, and told him what was going on. He said to bring it back and he would have the mechanic look at it. I told him that the dealership was too far as I already had taken the truck home. After 30 min I checked the dipstick and to my surprise, it was totally dry! I called brad back and told him what I had discovered and he said, "don't run the truck that he would send a tow truck." After an hour, a man named Nelson and another gentleman with him showed up at the house and said they were here to look things over. Nelson pulled the dipstick and told the other man to get the oil from their truck, which he did. He opened it right in front of me and I watched him remove the cap and pull away from the tin foil wrap from the jug. He asked for a funnel and Nelson said that he didn't have one. So he went back to his vehicle and returned with a used *** ******container. He cut down the bottle and used the neck of the bottle as a funnel. WOW, I thought to myself is this really happening. They added the entirety of the one-gallon jug of which I took a picture and said ( my God) you used it all. He said, " no that it was a used jug and they only put two quarts in it". I said, " I saw you open it and pull the foil tab off it and that's for high mileage engines." He again stated, "no it's not a new gallon jug, it was an empty jug and we only put two put 2 quarts in it. So I stated, "Well if that was the case, why would you only bring two quarts of oil when I called and reported that there was not any oil showing on the dipstick?" Completely ignoring my question, Nelson leaned over to his co-worker and said," Aren't we having problems with our oil gun at work?" The co-worker responded, "oh yes, we are." It felt like it was completely rehearsed and something they have done before. So his lies just sent me over the top. Both my mother and I saw this take place and were very off-put by the entire event. I'm sure you are well aware of the potentially catastrophic result that could have occurred had I not pulled over when I did. Running that truck without oil has caused damage according to the many mechanics that I have consulted. they have all stated that the life of the engine has been compromised and it would be a matter of time that an engine running and driven without oil has scarred up the metal, dry pistons, rings, and the engine will eventually fail. I am not taking this lightly and I expect some results and answers. Someone did not do their job correctly and this needs to be addressed. To add insult to injury, two of your service guys come to my home, call us both idiots when we questioned everything that was taking place. This was extremely very unprofessional and uncalled for. I have the documentation and pictures of what occurred. The most insulting aspect is that no one will return my phone call or reach out to assist. This is unacceptable and in my opinion poor business. We have an issue that needs to be addressed immediately, and I anticipate a response in this matter. -- Thank you,

PLEASE READ. So I gave them a $2,000 deposit, my charge card information, a copy of my driver's license. I told the salesman I'm paying cash and still he has me sign and return there credit application. The salesman tells me the car is mine and by the way, reassured me of that. He sends me a VIDEO thanking me for purchasing the car and putting a great big red bow on it along with a sign no longer available. I was paying cash and was told bookkeeping would send me there wire transfer information. I waited until the end of the day (no wire transfer information) I call the salesman's phone numerous times and the recording says your voicemail is full. So I called the dealership and a manager I speak to tell me it's been sold for the internet price. He also tells me that we were just negotiating. After he tells me it's been SOLD for the internet price, he tells me he'll sell it to me and honor the internet price and I can still buy it. Needless to say lies on top of lies on top of lies. I strongly encourage you to avoid this dealership.

they knowingly sold me a 2006 **** *******that needed repair work.then refused to do that in-house repair work be before it was delivered to me..i feel I was scamed since the car has been parked for over a month..won't start.

I will never go back to midway for anything! Worst customer service, they do not follow through with primaries, the cars they sale do not receive the required inspections!!

I purchased a new Silverado at Midway 12 years ago. They MADE me purchase a Zaktek coating for $300. It was not an option as it was actually printed on the contract. I SHOULD HAVE WALKED OUT. It was supposed to guarantee the paint for as long as I owned the vehicle. The truck now needs to be painted but I keep getting sent from person to person (including GM customer service who sent me back to the same person that sent me there). Six people have shuffled me to someone else. Here it is 12 years later and I am just being told that I needed to take the truck in every 6 months to get re-coated, This is such a SCAM!!! If it wasn't, they would make it optional. They made me purchase something that now I have to maintain and yet all I was told at the time was that it guaranteed the paint for as long as I owned the truck The interesting thing is that when I explained this to someone at work, she said she bought a Camero there a year and a half ago and was required to purchase the same coating with no explanation that it was her responsibility to maintain it. I had a 12 year old Ford that never had a paint problem. Moral of the story is if you decide you need to own a Chevy, GO TO ANOTHER DEALER!!!!

Freaking horrible place to go to if you are trying to buy a car!!! I was told that the dude was going to do a ONE soft inquiry on my credit to see my scores and they ran it THREE FREAKING TIMES!!!!!! AFTER I REPEATEDLY SAID I DIDNT WANT MY CREDIT RAN THRU A BUNCH IF BANKS!! THEN HE SAYS I WAS APPROVED WITH A SOFT INQUIRY & GAVE ME A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT FOR A CAR PMT AND AGAIN I DIDNT WANT MY CREDIT RAN THRU A BUNCH OF TIMES AND HE SAYS OH WE ONLY RAN IT THRU 2 BANKS! LIKE WTF???!!!! IM HIGHLY PISSED AND CANNOT BELIEVE THEY RAN MY CREDIT 3 TIMES AND THEN LIED TO ME ABOUT IT!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND THEN ON TOP OF THAT I KEPT ASKING ABOUT IF THEY RAN MY CREDIT THRU BANKS AND THATS BASICALLY WHEN THE DEALER SAID HE ONLY RAN IT TWICE! HE LIED! SO MAD, SO MAD!!! IM SO PISSED!!! WE ARE MILITARY VETERANS AND I RECOMMEND NO VETS OR MILITARY GO HERE! Update NEXT DAY: THEY RAN MY CREDIT SCORE 3 MORE TIMES TODAY!!!!! LIKE WHAT THE HELL?!!!! ALL BECAUSE THE SALES GUY LIED TO ME ABOUT DOING ONE SOFT FREAKING INQUIRY!!!! 6 TIMES!!! DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE FRAUD!!!!! HE TOLD ME IT WASNT A CREDIT APP IT WAS ONLY TO SEE WHERE MY CREDIT WAS!!! I HATE LIERS!!! IM SO UPSET!!! DONT GO HERE!!!

Worst dealership and customer care EVER!!! This place knew I wanted an LT Suburban and ended up selling me a low grade LS that is $6000 over what I could have purchased a fully upgraded LT for!!! I tried talking with them, but they don't care, they know they did wrong and are not willing to fix it and give me a fair deal, for what I'm paying I could have gotten a ********Escalade. I will be taking this to the next level, fighting this deal and canceling contract with them. I will never go here again, BEWARE!!!

Midway Chevrolet is by far the worst dealership I have ever involved myself with and I regret doing business with them everyday.. Its not just their aggressive and relentless sales strategy.. Its their service department that will quickly teach you the full meaning of disappointment.. Let me elaborate.. I get unwanted calls just about every month from someone trying to get me back into their dealership to trade in my new truck, they NEVER stop calling.. God forbid you shop around and happen to give a salesman your name and number you will get robotic calls for the rest of your life.. BUT that's not what's prompted this rant today.. The real problem, the service department, is that they can't seem to fix anything right.. Just about every time I have taken my truck for service they have failed to fix the problem and even one time damaged the windshield pillar and scratched my window tint (which they paid to replace after waiting for more than 2 months).. The last visit I had my truck was in for an oil change and a rattle in the dash.. The dash rattle they "fixed" when I had it in their for my last oil change.. They said it was fixed by putting some felt tape behind one of the panels however it did literally nothing for the rattle.. When I took it in for an oil change last Thursday I told them that the rattle had not been fixed on my last visit, they agreed to fix it this time.. I got my truck back today (Tuesday), they said they found the problem and fixed it by tightening 4 bolts under the dash.. To my surprise, not more than a mile down the road, the dash is rattling just the same as before.. I am super frustrated with not only the fact that my brand new truck sounds like crap BUT that I have to waste my time and gas, not to mention the gas in the cheap and uncomfortable loaner car to not have anything resolved.. I mean.. I have to spend gas in my truck to get their, drive the loaner back home (across town) and pay for the gas to come back as well.. ALL for nothing.. Consider yourself warned.. GO TO AUTONATION..!!

took my 2019 ChevyColorado to Midway service department for repair. The interior of my car was vandalized, the insurance would cover the expenses. The service advisor was too ousting what we should do. I check the truck in back in April and service department kept my truck for about a month. When we checked out the truck it was not completely done and the interior of the truck is dirty. Also there was a dent on the back and scratch. Several days after we took the truck back to install the remaining parts after that the horn stopped working and passenger system restraint warning came on. We asked to fix the dent and paint scratch we have ZakTek protection on our vehicle. So we decided to take the truck back so they can correct the errors.They have the truck for more than 7 days. After that we picked up the truck it is filthy, grease all over the drivers visor and seats. We asked the to correct the issue we spoke to service department manager and to one of the service department advisor but never heard back from them.. now I’m stuck with 2019 truck with trashy interior.
