After 2 unsuccessful trips to the dealer to fix a strange clunking sound while steering our Explorer, Brian and his team were able to diagnose the issue and get it fixed in a day. Then, when the transfer case decided to implode in the driveway, Brian got us up and running in no time. We've brought both of our daughters vehicles to the shop for service and maintainance multiple times. It's so nice to have a shop you can trust. Highly recommend Midway.
