Be prepared to wait a long time, no matter what time your "appointment" is you'll be here for at least 2 hours, with most of that time waiting in the overcrowded lobby!
staff is friendly and helpful but the appointment time and procedure time is horrible! I was there from 130 til 530 for one procedure, shot to my neck!!
Rude people that work in the front. I’m surprised my family come here. Smh.

Poor scheduling procedures. Too many patients scheduled at one time and they schedule appointments during their lunch time. This, of course, further extends your wait. Expect to wait a minimum of 2+ hours past your appointment time. If you have medical issues like diabetes or neuropathy, this can be a serious problem.
I hope my next visit is shorter than my last....... 5 hours for my back injections. My appointment was at 2 didn't get called back till almost 4 maybe even longer, I lost track of time....lol I was waiting in recovery, I heard the staff offer water juice and crackers to other patients ....I was never asked if i would like anything to drink or crackers...... staff was very nice
Why the hell would my appointment be at 9 am yet an hour later I'm still waiting in the god damn lobby?!
