There’s no reason why such an old building should cost this much to live in… when i lived there my unit had mold covering my entire wall, behind my sink, and around my windowsill and everytime id email management about it they’d do nothing at all. Mold is incredibly toxic for your health lol, and it costs over $5000 a month to live there… there are much better options at that price range. Please don’t consider this. They also got a good review out of me while i was living there by bribing me. They voided the cost of a garage... read more

If you’ve signed or thinking of signing, look forward to constant noise, hearing upstairs neighbor’s conversations, loud walking, and even their toilet flushing with thin walls, water periodically shut down , daily construction drilling noise with your window closed, limited sunlight in most units, and the worst- RUDE STUCK UP STAFF! Please consider: their office is see through on the first floor facing the elevator so one bad interaction can make even leaving the building uncomfortable because you have to pass them staring ... read more

The problems with my unit became apparent quickly. Whenever it rained, the floor flooded due to a broken sliding door. Ot... read more

Literally horrible. They WILL keep your security deposit. Charge you at least 5 different fees before moving in. They are the definition of price gouging and taking advantage of students. PLLLLEASE avoid this place. I live in a 2 bed 2 bath TWICE the size for literally $2900, while midvale charges $5000. (Plus fees for trash, wifi; renters insurance, sewage, water, electricity, gas) and fees to sign up for those things also. And amenities I promise you’ll never use. They also literally scam you and tack on fun little charges... read more
