Carlos the maintenance man is the HEART AND SOUL of 433. The building in itself is a little bit problematic, but Carlos is literally always there to save the day. Wether you need appliances fixed or things assembled, Carlos will be there in a jiffy with a smile and a toolbox. He is unlike any other employee of this building. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! They double-book then take your deposit if something happens. Management makes tons of mistakes and doesn’t take responsibility for anything. TOTAL SCAMMERS! Rent somewhere else and say yourself the headache
Carlos is best part about this place and the sole reason it's earning 5 stars. Through my time here at 433, Carlos has always been the most helpful and kind worker, always offering a hand with fixes to our apartments and the care of our personal belongings. He knows his way around the building and couldn't be friendlier!
433 Midvale is composed of scam artists, liars, and a management team that does not care about the well being or safety of residents as well as use and enjoyment of the property. 433 failed to evict two individuals living illegally in my unit on two separate occasions, even after i made them aware i feared for my safety ultimately leading to me having to call the police after being assaulted by one individual who i warned them about. Do not book/rent!!! I lived there for 4 months, many questions I asked were unfortunately answered wrong and unreliable. After I informed them with several emails that they should pay me back my money for the deposit etc., I unfortunately did not get any more answers. Neither over the phone nor through numerous emails I could reach them and get an answer. Until today I have not received a dollar of my several hundred dollars back.
