RecommendedI took over a sublet at Midtown Terrace upon first moving to Madison in 2015 and only moved out to get the downtown-living experience. We recently moved back and are very happy with our decision! A few positives about the complex: dog-friendly with reasonable pet fee, nice neighbors, lots of amenities (pool, workout room, grill, present-wrapping station at Christmas!), plus great staff. Keaton has diligently worked with us on any maintenance issues and other staff are also easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Have lived here for 6 years and every year seems better and better. Great management and maintenance of the apartments. Workout facility, pool and grill centrally located for residents along with a nice park and walking path connected to the apartments. Very nice residents that are respectful of others.
We've been here over 2 years and love everything about Midtown Terrace! The staff is amazing, fantastic neighbors, and awesome resident events! We have made so many great friends here. Best decision ever! <3
