Dr Fellers and his staff were amazing. Friendly, helpful and informative. They all fielded my questions with patience and took whatever time I needed. Dr Fellers discussed my options and gave his recommendations... I completely trust him with my eye care. Thank you, Midtown Optometry!
This place is pretty awesome! I usually dislike my optometry visit because eye doctors always seem to run late, but Dr Fellers and the other staff at this office make a huge effort to be efficient yet they listen and help with your concerns. Billing is super easy now that they have the electronic records and I love the frame selection too.
I have been a customer at this business for over ten years and since Dr. Van Avery retired, approximately 2 years ago, their customer service has suffered. I have regrettable referred extended family members and friends to this office and all have refused to return due to their lack of customer support. The office staff is rude and condescending. The finance clerk has made numerous errors and uncooperative when addressing her mistakes. Consistently passing the blame to other clerks, probably the reason for such a high office... read more
