Great experience! The staff was kind, professional, and welcoming. They took the time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable. The office was clean and organized, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend Midtown Medical to anyone looking for quality care in Mobile, AL.
I loved my experience. Very clean and beautiful office, the front desk was super sweet and Valerie took the time to really listen and answer questions. She showed compassion and was very caring towards my situation. I can tell she really values her patients and takes the time to think about every possible situation to address what can be going on medically. I also appreciate how they make you feel right at home and you can just be yourself. :)
So far I’m definitely impressed with this place. I literally called yesterday looking to establish care and treatment for my adhd because my previous doctor stopped accepting insurance. So they had an opening for the very next day and I’m excited to meet my new doctor and hopefully she can get me on the right dose of medication to help me be a better wife, mom and even employee!
They care about there patience they’re caring and very professional. I highly recommend them. The whole staff was great and my doctor is wonderful.
