Yesterday I was having an AWFUL day and I mean so awful. I just moved to the area recently and needed to get established with primary care. When I first got there, the girl who was doing my intake things was so sweet to me and I wish I would have told her how thankful I was for her kind words. I seen Dr. Valerie Walker afterwards and she was quite literally a god send. I truly can not express how thankful I am that I made my appointment here.
Great experience! The staff was kind, professional, and welcoming. They took the time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable. The office was clean and organized, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend Midtown Medical to anyone looking for quality care in Mobile, AL.
I loved my experience. Very clean and beautiful office, the front desk was super sweet and Valerie took the time to really listen and answer questions. She showed compassion and was very caring towards my situation. I can tell she really values her patients and takes the time to think about every possible situation to address what can be going on medically. I also appreciate how they make you feel right at home and you can just be yourself. :)
