I wouldn’t recommend anyone to Midtown Kia in Tulsa Ok they are rude,unprofessional, and very misleading maybe it’s a race issues which is not a issue when the dealership is taking thousands of dollars from customers

I purchased my 2019 Kia Soul from Midtown Kia and also purchased the road hazard warranty for approx. $1300. I was told by the salesperson that it covered cracks in the windshield and would replace it and that alone could cost around $400 it also covered other things like rips in the seat fabric, dents etc. Well I had a rock hit my windshield and it cracked it After calling seven different times and dealing with their answering service I was told by two different people it was covered and that they ordered the windshield and... read more

My wife and I bought a 2019 Kia Sorento from this dealership. The buying experience was alright. BUT the service department is lacking in every aspect. I am an ASE certified technician, but against my better judgement we decided to let them service her Sorento for the first time because I was busy. We asked for the BG oil change, then were informed as she was getting her keys back that they had performed the wrong oil change.
