They did a very nice job of installing a new kitchen countertop, sink, faucet, backsplash, and stovetop. However, the workings under the stovetop were not done nicely and there were a couple of places on the wall where there should have been more backsplash.

We ended up getting a 4 ft semi privacy fence installed. Midtown was the most expensive quote we got, but what made us go with them was customer service. They actually showed us their product instead of just giving us a piece of paper with a quote on it like every other company did. Install was fairly easy. There was a mistake when they were installing, so we called the project manager and he got right out to resolve the problem. Our deck was the first adventure to our home repair journey. We gathered three bids to ensure we were well informed. Not being from this area and making this level of investment put a ton of pressure on me as a consumer. We selected Midtown as they had a better product. Pricing was within range of the competitors. Nice windows. It would be nice if any company would treat the homes they work in as their own. Had a lot to clean up inside and some damage done to walls which they did a quick repair. Now I will have to paint over. They call frequently to try to quote us for the rest of the windows in our home. At the cost of the windows we put in it will be years before we can afford to do the others.

Courteous, professional and does the job in a timely manner. They install a high quality product. The windows cut down on how much we use the air conditioner. They also shut out the pollen I’m allergic to in the spring therefore relieving me of my allergies in the spring.
