Midtown was quick to respond to a request for an appointment. The salesperson they sent out was very knowledgeable and had a lot of experience. He was also quick to respond to any questions we had. Scheduling was terrific providing updates as to when the order was received, processed, complete and ready for install. The install was amazing - longer than I expected but we had some huge windows replaced. They even hit a small snag and had the problem solved in minutes. Pretty great experience overall. I am very pleased with the appearance of my home . We had it completely sided and windows redone and , two doors replaced. It truly made a difference! The workers were completely professional and were very pleasant. They seemed to truly enjoy their job! They were accommodating to our schedule and worked very efficiently . I am very happy with the color choice and how the doors and windows compliment each other. I would definitely recommend Midtown Home Improvements!

I was hesitant at first because it felt a bit strange for a door salesman to be knocking doors during a global pandemic, but I am glad we answered! Brad was knowledgeable and gave an amazing presentation. He showed us the ins and outs of the windows, the history of the company, and provided numbers to back up his words. We live in a two story and from 1pm until sunset the front of the house faces the sun. ATTENTION ALL WOMEN- DO NOT USE THIS MISOGYNISTIC COMPANY My husband and I are in the process of getting siding/ gutter quotes from multiple companies. We had Midtown come out on Tuesday 8/11/2020 to provide a quote. My husband was busy inside the house with our daughter and frankly has ZERO interest in sales pitches, picking colors, types of siding etc so I went out side to meet the two sales guys to tell them what I wanted and get a quote. They were very high yet we were told was the best. They took 2 + weeks on the job and the job still not done yet and would arrive late and leave early from the job. The crew had to be told several times to clean up the mess on our driveway and yard. They left their tools all over the ground when they left. Very disappointed. Left nails on our new deck (scratched the new floor) and on the support poles marked them up which left black marks. Not a company I would use.

Great company,excellent work highly recommend! You get what you paid for. They are more expensive than some others but I have very please with the job they have done
