The process of being a first time patient was very easy, quick and everyone working there was pleasant and kind. Seeing a mainly women staff also was very different for me and enjoyable. They gave me multiple options for insurance ideas and payment plans as well as a prescription for the time being while I decide.
Left me waiting in a freezing packed lobby for over an hour, had to reschedule treatment.
