When they were on H street the staff was nice. Now the new staff are so rude. They gave me attitude for scheduling an appointment for my daughter on the 1st and called me today saying they left voicemails and called me and my husband. That is a lie, we have no calls. I have the appointment card. It states Dec. 1st. We had set up an appointment again because they asked me.
