Had an eye exam and they didn’t even dilate my eyes, they said something wouldn’t be an issue unless there was also lots of eye gunk once I confirmed there was he walked it back and said it still wasn’t an issue. Felt like he didn’t actually want to do anything or really help.
After 2 adjustments the lens continues to fog up at the base of my large frames - most frequently on the left side - which creates a problem when reading. I am promised new lenses due to another issue. I hope that the new lenses will not fog up like these. I have to clean them 3-4 times daily. It is extremely annoying.
Before the Pandemic it was the best eye clinic in Atl. But it is also the most expensive. Dr Barnes is amazing. But now it is a totally waste of talent. Nobody will ever answer the phone and the hours are deplorable. Who closes at 3 thinking that a 7am opening is convenient for anyone but the money grabbers. And come on- closing at 1 on the busiest day of the weekend. It is incompetent at its best and evil at its worst. It is still the medical industry.
The doctor and the owner are both excellent, can't recommend enough!
I love Dr. Barnes and his staff. They are always kind. I never wait long. I've been a patient for at least 6 yrs. And they are always nice to me no matter how much I work their nerves!
