WONDERFUL OFFICE - RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE I have been a patient for a little over a year now and every time I come into the office I am greeted by name and a warm hello! Do not go here!! Dr. Cates does NOT give her patients the attention they deserve. She shuffles between 3 patients at the same time. The facility is so tight that the x-ray machine barely fits. She is so sure of herself that her head swells. She did 2 very minor fillings for me that did not solve the problem but actually cause a problem (ie. pain, agony and extra expense) which I did not have before. 4 months later and I'm still trying to find the cause of the pain and teeth shifting issue I have. Midtown Dental Service To Me! – Well i must say that there must have been a different staff and dentist there when the other people left comments, because when i arrived there the staff was nice. the lady at the desk was so polite and asked me if i wanted a soda or water. after that i was seen in the back. the dentist was very nice and polite he also sent a referral in right away and did not wait around of goof off while working! I've been going to Midtown Dental for 3 years now and I love them!!! I am a Navy wife, so finding a good dentist isn't always easy. They are such nice people who always find a way to make you feel welcome.
I have been going to the Midtown Dental office for 3 years now and have been treated well ever since day one! Wonderful and clean office. Pleasant staff who make you feel at home, and excellent care. Recommended for all ages.
Midtown Dental has been my dental office for the last four years. The staff is always friendly and professional and makes going to the dentist a positive experience.
Dr. Cates – she talks like a valley girl and like she's an idot. Seems very uneducated about her work. Will not refer.
FYI- this reviewer "nicebutt" has been posting these strange and unprofessional reviews on every website possible, repeatedly. I would probably take it with a few grains of salt. I have an inital appointment here soon; I will add my take after.
