If I could give zero, I would!!! Midtown Dental on St. Johns Bluff Rd will leave you feeling abandoned and in excruciating pain! Thankfully, I went to the hospital today (Day six) and received meds) I went for a wisdom tooth extraction. I walked in and had it done. I thought all was well. I waited, paid, and left but turned back around, confused, wondering where the care sheet and meds were. I asked, and she said You don’t need any. If you feel pain, take 600mg of Tylenol. My checkup seemed thorough, but they didn't have time for a cleaning. They said they would contact to make an appt, but didn't. I called the next day and was told they were duscussing my case ( I don't know why) and would call me later.They never did.
Absolutely horrible! I went there last month for a cleaning as a new patient because my insurance had changed and I could no longer see my normal dentist. After being at Midtown Dental for 2hrs 45min, a full scan of my teeth, 50 X-rays and having a mirror shoved in my mouth and multiple other pics taken with a cell phone, needless to say I was at my breaking point.
