Current resident Everyone in the neighborhood is friendly. Nice place for children. Pool is ok but kinda small. Over all its not a bad place to live.

Great events They threw a nice back to school event. Had a lot of safety tiles from police, swat, and fire fighters. Also, had drawing to adopt a classroom for school supplies. It was very nice.

Theresa Stryjek Have been happy here at Midtown Delray. Neighborhood is quiet for the most part. Office staff is very friendly with an awesome maintenance man who is very attentive to the needs of the resident.
