Verified Renter Midtown Delray is a lovely clean townhouse complex, priced competetively with fantastic staff. Very easy to maneuver the application process and we LOVE our new home. Highly recommend Midtown Delray and their team!
Not the greatest Parking is absolutely horrendous ac broke a few months before end of my lease never got fully fixed made the FPL bill go up because ac had to work overtime to attempt to cool the 2nd floor with vents from the 3rd floor maintenance claimed to fix and monitor but didn’t and took too much money from my security deposit from the last month for water bill but was also somehow the most expensive in the last 12 months

The one called Esnel especially is quick to respond to our maintenance issues and always has a smile while doing it. I've never had a good maintenance person but this property and team has made a great impression on me.

Verified Renter I would say Midtown Delray is a lovely community although it’s not gated a very safe and environment Courtesy officer. The staff Representative is amazing by the name of Yolanda. She is extremely efficient and diligent when doing her job. I would absolutely recommend this community to any family or individual.
Verified Renter Honestly, everyone is so nice. Suppose there is an issue, it is handled promptly. They keep the property clean and well-maintained. It's also quiet and safe. I moved from Miami where every condo floor was like a party every night, so I am much happier here. I now have friends thinking of moving in here next year when their lease is up, this is how much I recommend the community
