Renter Beware!! We moved out of a Greystar property-Midtown Delray and after NINE months, they come back and try to say that we owe money for damages!! We did not hear anything for 9 months! We quickly responded that we did not feel we owed anything and heard nothing. Now, two YEARs later, they sent the alleged debt to collection agency and we have to deal with THAT. I would not deal with Greystar ever again!!
Rusted / Old Hot Water Tank I am a current resident........The water coming out of the bath tub, sinks, shower head, ice maker, dishwasher, and washer, is BROWN! The water was not like this when I moved in 6 months ago. I requested service from maintenance, and I was told that our unit has an originally / old installed Hot Water Tank, and the Rust in the hot water tank is causing the discoloration when we run the hot water. I have had to call the office around 6 times with various issues and they always come right away to fix the issue and I am never charged a fee. When I moved in the movers had damaged the walls. The handymen came and fixed the wall for me at no cost! I was amazed and so is everyone else I tell about this. Great place to live!!
