The one star I’m giving is for the doctor. She was awesome. However, the front desk girls are rude and extremely unhelpful I had to call and listen to their stupid repetitive go to patient portal to set up your account and view your medical records three times before they would actually help me set up my patient portal so I could go online and avoid the standard 20/30 minute on hold wait to talk to a rude receptionist.
I got treated relatively fast and doctor was very helpful. I have no insurance and their pricing was one of the best.
If you have an appointment scheduled, prepare to wait an hour or more to see a doctor. The overbooking here is ridiculous.
