I have been calling for 3 days no one answers the phone.

Terrible customer service. My appointment was canceled less than an hour before it was scheduled. To make matters worse, the staff member who called to cancel was rude and made no effort to offer a solution. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place.
The drs here are AMAZING but I cannot begin to express how frustrating the receptionist is. It’s is SO hard to even get ahold of someone and then when you finally do she just seems like she hates her job. Gives misleading information. Half the time we are about the SAME THING over and over again. My wife called to schedule me an appointment. The receptionist said no need i already have an appointment scheduled. So, I went in and OF COURSE she says I don’t have an appointment scheduled?!?! So now I’m just waiting. For who kno... read more
