I don't know what might be been going on in the past, but the clinic and staff are great now. They give all the care and attentiveness and actively involve you in your care. I absolutely recommend for city employees.
I have had great experiences with all the care providers at this clinic. Cory Newman is my primary care provider and he is very responsive whenever I message him on the patient portal, and listens and works with me to find a good solution. Recently I saw Karidee Thomas as well and she took the time to ask good questions, do a full work up, and present a range of options and help me decide which would work best for me. Have been going here for 8 months to get a denture done and they just keep having me come back for a mistake they made on the last appointment, I would not recommend their dental team at all.
Doctor Musci is very helpful and has gone out of his way to follow up with me. Online system has been helpful and I've never had any problems getting prescriptions filled. The nurses have always been very helpful and accommodating- more than once they have gone out of their way to help me same day. I don't understand the other comments here (except for the backup phone service!), my experience has always been really good.
Staff is always very friendly and I never feel like I'm being rushed by either the staff or the doctor.
