The salesman made a verbal agreement to purchase a vehicle for an agreed on price.When I returned less than 24 hours later with the title to my trade in and the agreed upon amount of cash the guy said "Im sorry but I need $500.00 more dollars than I told you yesterday." He said that my trade in was "rougher" than he remembered. He just looked at it the day before when he made the deal. I couldn't believe that they run their business that way.
