I always find what I’m looking for in the vinyl department and the staff is always happy to answer questions and give pointers.
My wife and I drove 45 minutes to pick up items from another county. Due to weather and traffic, we were running behind. We called the store and explained that we was currently in front of Target and and ask if we would be able to purchase the items if we were just a couple minutes late. The lady laughed at my wife and stated “ probably not”. Being rude to a customer and not willing to take a sale, must have all the business they need. Joann fabrics had all the items and was great to work with.
Went to Midsouth today for the first time. It was recommended by a friend. One of the ladies stopped eating her lunch to come help me and answer questions about the Cricut Air2. She was extremely helpful and very kind. Had to wait in line a little a little bit so the lady at the cash register gave me 10% off my purchase! I am not from TN but visit often and will go back to Midsouth when I am here!! Everyone was very kind and helpful! Hard to find these days!

This store has great products and offers many different varieties of vinyl/ htv iron on and more, they have great customer service...worth my drive of an hour and a half.
