Staff is great. Very pleasant experience. Spent the time necessary to confirm we were located where we needed to me. Only issue is getting them on the phone to answer questions or schedule appointments. Have my insurance company trying to contact them now regarding a pre-authorization and they can't get a hold of them. Billing is another issue I will say for another review. Let's just say it can get interesting also.
Really nice and helpful people
They are nice and and the doctors are concerned about your health care. The place is exceptionally clean. I especially love the Southaven office!
