Couldn't ask for a nicer, efficient or more knowledgeable staff. We unexpectedly had to have all our pets brought up to date on vaccinations. Not only did they take us in the next day, but saw all of them at the same time. It couldn't have gone more smoothly.
Can never say enough wonderful things about your practice. You are the most compassionate group of pet caregivers I've ever known. So very thankful that you were the ones who gently guided me through the painful process of saying 'good-bye' to my sweet Scout a few weeks ago. To come home today and see there was a donation made in her honor to VCU's 'Close-at-Heart Fund" simply was just incredible. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
