Hands down the best animal hospital we have ever used...Thank you so much for always loving and caring for our Jasper even until his last hour. We so appreciate Midlothian Animal Clinic- Dr. BECKY, Dr. Withers and their staff...and though I did not get her name -a special thanks to a sweet lady behind the front desk that sensed the pain in my voice, worked us in on Tuesday, and gave me a BIG hug when we arrived. Midlothian Animal Clinic is the best animal clinic that I've ever been to. They take care of our four cats, two of them have special needs and their attention to detail, compassion, and care is bar none. I firmly recommend them.
I have been bringing my dogs and cats to MAC for over twenty years. The staff is Wonderful. We are always greeted with a friendly and caring atmosphere. They always take the time to listen and explain all that needs to be done. Highly recommend.
We've been using them for years. They are compassionate and helpful. When our 14 year old Dorrie passed away on 12/26, they sent a sympathy card, as well as made a donation in her name to the Close at Heart Fund at VCU.
We so much appreciate the kindness shown to us last evening regarding our Biscuit. Dr. Becky was so thorough in trying to help us find out what is wrong with our baby, that is 13 years young. She explained each step to us, and gave us options for treatment. While we await test results, we know that we are in excellent hands whatever the outcome may be. I recently had to say good bye to my best buddy of 15 years. This was one of the hardest things I ever had to do, but I really appreciate Miss Dr. Becky for helping walk me through this and the years of great service I have received in the past from all the workers from Midlothian Animal Clinic. Our dog Kodi was a patient there since 2008. This past Monday November 14th we had to make the heart breaking decision to let him go. The entire staff treated both Kodi and my family with compassion and kindness. Thank You for all your TLC for Kodi over the past 8 years.
They are honest and truly care about the animals and families they serve.
