New to the area, I called when our dog developed a bad limp overnight at the recommendation of a helpful neighbor (thanks, Lisa Jackson !). From the first interaction on the phone through the time of payment at the end of the appointment, I was VERY happy with the courtesy & care given by all the staff. The doctor was thorough, personable, and very informative; she did not do unneeded tests or push expensive options - which I greatly appreciate. Kiley has been going to MAC since she was a puppy. About to be 10 years old, she just got her teeth cleaned yesterday. Dr. Withers, Theresa and Sheana were the best! They did a wonderful job and took great care of my sweet girl. �� thank you!!!!!!!
Thank y'all SO so much for making our first visit smooth and easy. I had been referred by Jess. She takes her pets there, she works there... So I KNOW it had to be a good place. Opal is a pitbull mix and majority of the time, people are afraid of her. Not MAC!!! Everyone gave her attention and she gave them kisses! Dr Becky made me feel at ease that I was taking proper care of my doggie and did a thorough exam on Opal. I am excited to have a Pibble-friendly Vet as well as sweet staff for my interactions as well.
