The operations of this medical office need improvement. Too many patients are jammed into too little time. The waiting room is often crowded, and appointments are often rushed and run late. Staff have a habit of talking down to patients in a robotic and impersonal manner. Some procedures were not done right the first time, necessitating time consuming return visits. It seems this practice is more concerned with maximizing billables than with taking the time to properly treat patients with the care they expect and deserve.
Dr. Schellato is a great doctor. Always there to help and answer any questions you may have. The office staff is also wonderful.
