Horrible on working with insurance. We just got a bill from a visit 14 months ago. They forgot to turn it into insurance
Office staff was bad. We prepaid for our baby to be delivered and then the doctor did not deliver it because he was busy. that's fine. Then got the bill in the mail from the delivery doctor and no money back from midlands. Still fighting it! And we had our baby in April! They won't talk to insurance and we have never received an explanation of benefits. Would not recommend unless you like losing money.
I love the entire staff at Midlands. I've seen Dr. Davis and Mary Beth and can honestly and highly recommend either. They've taken care of all of my needs and delivered three beautiful girls for me!
