#1)Answering the phone. #2) Actually DOING what they promise to do! I WAS a patient for over a decade. This month? Ive had it. fed up. not going back! After my 30 day meds, again, NOT sent in from my appt TWO weeks ago? It takes every 30 calls b4 someone will answer phone...IF you get someone...They Look up, confirm your meds have not been sent in, and promise to ..and dont. The next day..calling ALL day...If I can get ONE answer..same scenerio..Promises to send in..and dont....Continue Reading
by replacing most of staff with competent, professional people
Been a patient for years and this new facility is well staffed, but they see many people and they're usually much quicker now. I would recommend Dr. Ogburu and his staff.
Receptionist is rude, no one EVER returns a phone call, they will let you run out of your medication and could care less bc they not only never return calls or emails, but they never ANSWER the phone to begin with. The wait time is ridiculous for an in office visit as well. I have been calling and emailing for one solid week begging someone to call me back to no avail. Absolutely horrible customer service by the clerical staff. The nurses and physicians on the other hand are very caring and professional.

I absolutely love Midlands neurology and Pain Associates I love the people I love the atmosphere the only thing I have a problem with it is they don't remember to call your prescription in so you have to keep calling them to remind them but I would absolutely recommend them to other people I love doctor O and the other doctor also.
listening to my problems and giving solutions how to fix them or make them better
