Came in to have repair done, at no cost even though I did not even buy those frames there. So I came back a week later to do an eye exam, and bought a new pair of prescription sunglasses. The outcome is fantastic. I came in to purchase sunglasses and the gentleman there was SUPER helpful. He had a lot of knowledge about sunglasses and recommended me the perfect pair. He took his time to see what I would be comfortable with and was not in a rush. He also made sure I tried many options before making the decision. I had a great experience at bluffs optical the staff were very knowledgable I recommend going to this place I ordered my sunglasses and I got it on time friendly staff and very professional service I would recommend to friends and family the store has great variety of products and many cool brand names.
Very,Very VERY bad experience.. If YOU want to be Bluffed please do buy from here. I brought a prescripption glass for my seven year old kid. During our purchase we were not given a receipt to prove the purchase , even the owner was reluctant to part with the copy of the glass prescription. We had to insist on getting the prescription copy. The claim was submitted to Sunlife on our behalf and we had to argue to reduce the price as the owner wanted to charge high price from the insurance for the glass..
