Excellent staff and service. Been a customer for several years and have always had a pleasant experience. They know me by name, make me feel like a customer not an account number and truly make banking pleasurable. Highly recommend Midland.
I tried closing my account and they refused to close my account and then I went to rock Falls Illinois midland and closed my account and canceled my debit card. They charged me a paper fee after closing it and put late fees on my account. Very disappointed that they just wanted to make money off of me. Very corrupt bank. Don’t go here!!!!!
