I had a different experience from the previous writer I was told that they was not in my network however I made the appointment anyway and when I got there I went ahead and presented my insurance and was prepared to pay the exam fee and lo and behold the receptionist said they were in network with my insurance so I walked out of there paying only $60 for $600 procedure I got $500 to blow this weekend thanks Midland!
I am giving one star because Dr. Pagni is a great oral surgeon. However, I was deceived by the front desk. I called for an appointment and was told they took my insurance. I was never informed that they were out of network. I am now out a great deal of money because I was never informed. That would have influenced my decision in making the appointment. Wonderful staff. Dr. Tucke made me me comfortable when I had to get one of my dental implants removed because the implant failed. Painless procedure. Outstanding oral surgeon!!!!
I received the best service here...I'm terrified of the dentist but they made me feel at ease...right at home. It was very clean and the employees looked uniformed it was amazing services. O and bty my dentist was very handsome
