I had Midland Management manage my property for 3 years. I had a total of 4 tenants doing this time and I would never let them manage it again. This company charged me for things that happened while it was rented out that the tenant should have pay for while they still lived in my house. For example replace light bulbs, when they burn out and snake the toilets when they clog it up and couldn't un clog it (the owner shouldn't be paying to have such services done) the tenant should be charged to have it done).
